Official Warranty and Delivery Conditions

Tehnoport.md provides technical support and direct manufacturer warranty for each unit delivered on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

1. Manufacturer’s Warranty

• All specialty vehicles come with a warranty of 12–24 months or 50,000–100,000 km of operation.
• Hydraulic components, vacuum pumps, compactor, and superstructures are fully covered by warranty.

2. Direct Delivery

Specialty vehicles are delivered directly to the customer’s site, fully customs-cleared, with temporary or permanent registration numbers and break-in completed.

What official warranty does Tehnoport offer on specialty vehicles and equipment?
Every vehicle delivered by Tehnoport (Efectiv Grup SRL) comes with an official manufacturer warranty of 12 to 24 months or 50,000–100,000 km of operation.

How is equipment delivered across the Republic of Moldova?
Delivery is made directly to the customer’s site anywhere in the Republic of Moldova (Balti, Chisinau, Cahul, etc.), including commissioning and operator training.

Do the vehicles include ADR approval and ANTA WIM compliance?
Yes, the technical package includes full customs clearance, the vehicle registration certificate, ANTA WIM compliance certification (Road Law 509/1995), and ADR approval under Government Decision 589/2017.
